I just visited the Edgar Archives and noticed a couple of things: 1: The last quarterly report posted is for the quarter that ended June 30. Has the report come out for the quarter that ended September 30? 2: There is an S-8 document that was filed on October 23, 1996. I don't know anything about these documents, but it looks like a proposal to issue 850,000 shares of common stock. Does anyone know anything about this? Chris
