I think there is a difference between totally happiness and bickering that has gone on for quite some time, let's forget about it and address the situation, AUGI.

To be honest, my time frame was completely off when it came to this management change, so it seems like it will be weeks, longer than I expected, but I guess mgmt changes can take some time.

Patiently, waiting for the good news.
