Dear Eric S.

You said: "Atleast Frankenberg gave the impression of overall
control with slow but steady progress"

Eric, given the events that have taken place over the last few months,
one can only conclude that Frankenburg's act was that of smoke and mirrors. There was no steady progress. It was all downhill and the resignations of those execs. was a clear sign of things to come besides the declining stock price.

The questions to ask is 1) Who will be at the helm and 2) how many "good" candidates are there out there willing to turn around NOVL in return for a salary of $1/year and lush stock options exercisable at $10/share ?

Seems to me that no CEO wants to get their hands dirty touching NOVL at this time.
