Stephen R. Miller -

Skipard said to Mr. Pink:
"I have appointed myself a committee of one to take you down. "
"I will do it legally if I can ..., or I will do it another way."

Skipard seems to have whipped his team into quite a frenzy over something. Seems to me that he's scared about something. Why should he be scared? A silly comment about manicures? Seems like you all would be better off letting the companies performance do the talking. If all the great things Skipard says about CCSI really are going to happen, why worry?

I know I'm not worried about my short position. You said, "I mean, you have checked out the company, right? That is, more than looking at the chart and their financials?"
I'm afraid that you're a little confused here. The financials, and maybe the chart, are ALL that really count here. The documents that are filed with the SEC tell the story, along with the companies' public press releases. Anything they might say to someone on the phone is just incidental. If CCSI is releasing material information to someone outside of proper public channels, that is illegal. But I'm sure they wouldn't do that, so I'll just wait for the press releases and the SEC filings. You HAVE read those haven't you?

I don't give investment advice to others, but a prudent person might consider taking a profit if and when the market offers an opportunity to do so, or protecting an existing profit.
