Brian, thanks a ton man....I just spent considerable time trying to find the old profile, only to return and see you had the URL...cool. I am posting it here as a "hard copy" for future reference:

BEFORE STOCK HALT:

SYSTEMS of Excellence, Inc. is an aggressive new player in the field of high-end desktop video teleconferencing. Headquartered in Coral Gables, Florida, the company was founded in 1989 as Software of Excellence, Inc., a provider of quality front-office management solutions for the dental community. With the February, 1996 acquisition of ICMX Federal Systems, Inc., a key supplier of video conference equipment to the US Government, SYSTEMS of Excellence was poised to enter the burgeoning world of interactive desktop telecommunications. Into this highly competitive marketplace, SYSTEMS of Excellence debuts a revolutionary product - the 3000 Ultra .
Unlike the vast majority of video teleconferencing systems currently available, the 3000 Ultra offers top-of-the-line features and cross-platform functionality . This means that users of virtually any type of personal computer or workstation can join in a video teleconference with users of any other system, e.g. PC-compatible to Macintosh to Unix, etc. The 3000 Ultra is an off-the-shelf system that integrates easily into an organization's desktop computing environment, using existing premises wiring to establish connections of up to 8,000 feet across the campus. By creating an independent Local Video Network in which to operate, the system avoids overburdening the enterprise LAN. Remote users are linked via switched or dedicated high-speed wide area circuits.
A key feature of the 3000 Ultra is true "TV quality" video. While other video conference providers may tout "full-motion" video, they typically offer only 12 frames per second (fps) with a picture that is noticeably jerky and distracting to conference participants, in an informal meeting scenario. In contrast, TV quality video is seamless, suited to even sensitive applications such as live surgical consultation and examination of microscopic forensic evidence. The 3000 Ultra also permits collaborative efforts such as real time document sharing. Advanced software and whiteboard features permit the author to capture remote conferees's comments and edit within the document file itself. Significantly for DoD applications, the system is readily deplorable in secure environments or sensitive field operations without danger of interference to encryption/decoding protocols.
The standard system configuration includes an integrated auto-focus camera, microphone, and speaker. With the addition of such devices as surveillance and document cameras, video microscopes, VCRs, high resolution monitors, and TV feeds, the 3000 Ultra can become a specialized system for key applications like telemedicine, distance learning, and law enforcement.
In it's first six months of operation, SYSTEMS of Excellence obtained orders valued at over $5 million with such customers as the US Library of Congress, the State of Florida Department of Corrections, SAIC, and the US State Department. Many of these systems are already installed and operational. Total revenues for 1996 are anticipated to exceed $10 million. SYSTEMS of Excellence is publicly traded as OTC-BB:SEXI
