DAve - I'm with you. I can't figure out the accounting, and is it true the CFO resigned on the conference call? That news hasn't hit yet - haven't seen a press release. When a CFO resigns, and accounting is a little shaky anyway, look for more analysts to get nervous and sell. I think that I see that in Q4, they did more license business than the previous 3 quarters together. Is that because business is better, or they changed revenue recognition? Were they just bringing stuff forward? What is really going to happen in next quarter? Will there be more surprises? Can anyone say Informix? I think that there is too much unknown, too much weirdness, and too many other quality stocks out there for people to spend a lot of time trying to dissect this one. My guess is that you'll see 12 before 20. At 10 - 12, maybe I'd buy. But, I'd buy CLFY at 12 before PEGA at 12.
