Cowen analyst: "we are downgrading the stock until we have a sense that PEGA and the auditors are singing from the same songbook on contract language and interpretation and on reserves."

In your experience Steve, how in-depth do auditors go on contracts as I would assume they only bother with the very largest ones. Moreover, what do you make of the 5-year term license? Isn't this basically the same thing as selling a perpetual and then selling them follow-on products with perpetual licenses 5-years later??
