Hubert, is this a cryptic comment on the need for future litigation? I refer anyone to the Oct.28 Barron's, page 66... " Benjamin J. Stein teaches securities law at Pepperdine Law School in Malibu, Calif. He has served as a consultant and expert witness in securities cases, usually- but not exclusively- on the shareholder side. He has no position, paid or unpaid, with the pro-Prop 211 campaign." Excellent article which explodes the myths put forward by many of the opponents of this proposition. Barron's is available free, on-line, for the time being. I presume this article is present. A must read for SEI investors.
