I call Bill Nordstrom at the number 714-718-4630, got it from the news release. The girl on the phone gave me this 818-889-8748 to reach him. I call and Paisano Publications answer and transfer my call to his office, I left a message ,try to call back.
Like Robert said is a done deal, is a matter of time to get SEC OK and give us the details .
