It has to be MM's crossing stock. There is no way that three trades totaling 120,000 shares won't move the stock a couple of pennies. The first trade was 20,000 shares @ 25 cents followed two minutes later by a trade of 40,000 shares, also @ 25 cents. This was followed about 2 minutes later by a trade of 60,000 shares @ 25 cents. Is it a coincidence that the first two trades totaled 60,000 shares, matching the last trade of 60K? I don't think so. If somebody bought a large block today, please speak up as it helps us to figure out the games played on this stock.
