The warrants did not have to come out -- warrantholders could either exercise by the end of March at CDN$1.60 or wait till December, the drop dead date to exercise at CDN$2.88. In the present price range, why would anyone exercise their warrants in order to sell? The Company wanted people to exercise the warrants to bring more money in now -- so that they can afford all the additional expenses of success (extensive drilling at Saavedra West and a massive land acquisition program in the vicinity) and maintain a good negotiating position.
