Dave, Goldman downgraded PEGA and alluded to the software rule you cited. How did Rick not know this before? Rick lost a lot credibility on this one by looking the other way the last 6-9 months rather than doing a little work on it. I already knew the Cowen and Montgomery analysts were useless. I guess PEGA got the same guy that is on the AZPN audit team from AA. I will have to check out AZPN's cash flows. I would bet its not as simple as 'AZPN's doing it so it should be fine for PEGA.' There was a huge short position on this one so that is probably what is keeping the stock afloat. The question is: has the final shoe dropped or not?
