Kenan,,,,I was kind of joking with my colleagues on the thread, GIFS is no more. Closed down by the STATE of TN April 28th 1997, a few days later SEC stopped trading. CEO "MO" has disappeared.
Questions:
1. Lost all our money? Most likely
2. Doubt you will ever see a certificate, If you do its virtually worthless
3. Company at this point hasn't any recoverable assets for shareholders. The State took most (I believe) (nothing much left)
4. Why are we still here? Good question. I think perhaps that of a lot of individuals still frequent this thread for many reasons. I come here to chat with old investor friends and to keep updated on weather they have caught MO the CEO and what the outcome of the GIFS SCAM scenario will eventually be...Who knows what that will be...Keep coming back,, there is always something new uncovered or just read the thread for occasional amusement.
