Hi John, I own a few shares of OMGD and am suprised that the board is announcing a split to shareholders of record on Novermber 15. I am on a bank board and we would never think of making this type of announcment. Our split would go to shareholders of record on the date the announcment was made. What is the advantage of giving the public advance notice of a stock split? Do you think they would give advance notice of a reverse stock split - I think not and let hope they never have to. Thanks for the string and your updates. Let's hope we can stay enthused about this company and they don't buy into an area out of their expertise.
