PetDoc, This is an important issue for all BB stocks, and even though it doesn't apply here it doesn't hurt for people to know about it. That's why I asked if anyone knew if the company was in compliance. Looks like you only post on this issue, at least on SI. I follow dozens of companies, and sometimes I do lose track of the specific issues for each company.... Thanks again to those that got out the correct answer on the reporting issue. This is SI - anything you see here should be taken as a rumor at best! Too many snakes out here for anything but extreme caution..... Jack
