I am moving to Costa Rica in September. San Jose... My partner is an attorney. Other partner lives there and runs offshore banks. Offshore is legit for civil suits. Any person with N/W over $2M is an idiot not to have that protection. Especially if they public/renters on property. Offshore countries do not honor US civil suits. But! They do honor criminal suits. And tax evasion. I am setting up my corporations in July. I'll do one for you for $20,000. Regular price is $10,000 for everyone else... Get a clue-- no insurance needed-- no civil suits.
