Have you done a quick assetts to liabilities check?? Usually if a company is so damaged as to be in reorganization, there are not even sufficient assetts to cover secured lenders. Not to even mention the fact that they have obviously run out of financing, and used every single dime they had to try to keep the ship afloat.. Current ratio NEGATIVE. I can not remember ever seeing a case where common shareholders got anything except for some worthless warrents out to the year 2050 to disalusion them into thinking that they still might have a chance. Can anyone else think of a case where common shareholders recieved anything?? I would like to look into the case history....
