Dear Craig & all - this will be my last post here, at least for the time being. I used the news 2 days ago to get out. Roughly a (14%) loss for a 2 week investment <sg> - still, I feel lucky. Anyway, good luck to those of you who are willing to hang in there.

Craig, I don't know how much of its cash position is the result of the convertibles, but I don't know if conversion is done yet. The reverse split is a downer, but there is no guarantee - I ve actually urged mgt, while I corresponded with the IR last week, to make some statements to say it should hold off printing more shares after the reversal - since it can issue more share subsequent to the reverse split to get the outstanding shares back to the 25MM level.

Anyway, it may be unfair to criticize URMD with little information. OTOH, for me anyway, I'd rather wait until it finishes the reversal before taking the plunge again.

Incidentally, to share my amusement with you, the IR person said to me that she was sorry I did not profit from investing in the company but many others did. I was kinda puzzled by that stmt, for the stock has reached all time low that day. Then it dawned on me that URMD is great for traders and shortsellers - and maybe the convertible holders <VBSG>
