Hi- I believe the 20% of everything comes from Dee Dee. However NP does hold 20% of Sierra de Plata and FIRE, which are subsidiaries of MDIN, I believe. Have to rely on memory and previous D&D. I don't believe MDIN new issues were enough to drive NP stake down to 20% from 30% though, I could be wrong since have not talked to Ralph in a good while. I don't believe we will see that 10 million come into play until share price firms up at least another 10 to 20 cents. WW
