The April S&P Investor's Monthly is out with an update on the oil service and drilling sector. Says they expect oil to drop to as low as $12/barrel and that, despite the favorable supply/demand rig situation, this will eventually result in reduced capital expenditures and EPS peak in 1999, which is earlier than anticipated. ESV downgraded from 4 stars to 3.
