Hubert - Re ICMX: "acquisition was closed on February 12, 1996." according to the 10KSB. "The acquisition was a stock for stock transaction in which 9,210,000 restricted shares and 600,000 tradable shares were exchanged for all of the ICMX common shares outstanding." Chuck - I have done a fairly thorough review of the 10K and 10Q, but have been waiting for you (our professional "ex-auditor") to present your findings (happy to defer to your expertise!) before making my comments. I've got a number of FAXs, e-mails, and calls out for data, and hope to be reporting some valuable information, soon! SEDONA John (Overcast and cool in Paradise - great time for researching!)
