Jamie, I am a little concerned about the fact that over 32% shares are in the hands of Kopp investment advisors (Lee Kopp as you mentioned.) I haven't seen any representation of them on the board of directors. This makes them free to dump shares every which way they want, except that they will file the required 13D before the 10th of the following month. Is it possible that they may be dumping the shares of STII in the last a few days? Only 3 market makers make market in this stock and the float is less than 40% of the shares outstanding. All these factors combined, there is too much room for manipulation, IMHO.
I would like to add more at these prices but I am not sure if I want to catch a falling sharp knife. At the last check the stock is 28.5 bid and 30 ask. Over 80k shares traded today - rather heavy for STII! What's going on?
