Your right,
In 95 I made $250K on S3, paid Uncle Sam around $30K and then
like a dumb ass bought S3 back in 96 and 97 when it went down
to $13 - $15 bucks. I got to watch the stock tank loose all my
profits, sold, broke even on the stock except for the $30K I paid
in taxes, That really sucked. For now I am on the sidelines with
this stock.
Its nice to see S3 getting the design wins at CPQ and Toshiba.
It will be low volume for at least 6 months because these are high
end notebooks. Hopefully S3 can work this product into the mainstream notebooks in the future. Still no info from S3 on GX3
and we are in Q2. Sounds like my sources were correct huh Jerry.
