Hi everybody, back from vacation, had an incredible time, and had fun.
Not to my surprise, we are at a half buck, however considering today is Apr. 3, I thought we would be at least slightly higher, the Nasdaq listing continuation alone is worth a lot. It means that there is a serious effort to stay Nasdaq, and we all know what this means. I hope the game that TokyoMex and his gang played on this stock is behind us, and I am sorry to the people that got hurt by it. There is no reason for this stock to jump that fast without any anouncements. However, when I talked to the chairman about 13 days ago, he indecated anouncements should arrive within in a month, which means there is less 17 days to go, I hope no delays take place. Financials have to be out by April 15, no weight should be attached to it, it reflects prior management.

The knowledge we gathered through our combined DD makes the stock worth at least 1.50, however other people will catch up on this information and we will end up at 1.50 or even more. This is the importance of DD.
