Someone in SI board is having a discussion on QDEK's Insider BUY/SELL policy. I used to work for them. Here it is:

1. The policy is applied to all employee, from CEO, directors to programmers and clerks.

2. The open buy and sell period is the month after the earning report. That means the next window is the month of May. This imply there are only four months in a year any QDEK employee can trade this stock.

3. Everyone must hold the stock for at least half a year.

4. No options trading.

5. No short sell, of course.
