Perhaps you should pay attention to what was the printing date for the April issue. Was it before the OPEC emergency meeting? My understanding is that they will have to send out the final copy at least one week earlier before the publishing date (I might be wrong). Actually before this OPEC meeting, the low-end prediction was $10 a barrel.
