You are right. We do not have hard proof pertaining to others associated with this escapade. But remember, we did not have proof of wrongdoing for post number 360 either. We did have substantial information and employed simple reason and logic. The same reason and logic that tells us others, including Arata and Korpal, knew what was taking place and, in fact, participated in much of the scam.
You are right again. We are distressed that Arata, Korpal, Bunte and Sheffield, who we are convinced spent their time cooking the numbers, composing bogus press releases and hustling investors for money, are for the most part unscathed. We are also distressed that NVID stock continues to trade and Larsen and Redden try to get their hands on any assets. The money should go back to those who got hurt.
Finally, for whatever it's worth we are confident that had we not posted what we knew starting December 8, 1997, Klenovic et al., would be flourishing today.
