Au contraire, Bzzy. Not only is it "conscienable" but wise, and maybe the order of events as they unfolded, thereby fulfilling the letter of the law re: timely reporting of material events.

I submit the following 4 Ur consideration in support of above premise:
Mucho legal negotiating between the "unmentioned company" and ORCTF's legal beagles may have not been resolved until after Q1 warning was issued.
If so, and I 'spect it is,
then the timeline most likely was
1) The warning first,
2) Share price tanks
3) Principals go, hat in hand BEGGING the unnamed customer
4) to allow them to release something b/c the shareholders are getting shafted,
5) the legal department of unnamed co gets back to them
6) and says "OK, but don't mention us by name."

Happens alllllllllll the time when guppy firms swallow whale sized contract(s).
eSPECially if said co=IBM ( <-- SOP re: IBM related Press Releases!)
