Great Buzz on this ONe Courtesy of leitct Apr 3 1998 12:50PM EST "Rumour has it that some insider(not part of the company but knowledgeable of the ADSL deployment) was trying to accumulate ORCTF on post earnings weakness but pre deal announcement. To prevent this from happening the company announced their very vague deal yesterday driving the price up and out of this guys range. They had planned to wait and make the announcement with all details( who and how much? )later. All very cloak and dagger. A trading newsletter has come out and said they don't know whether any of this is true but take some profit none the less. Thats why the stock is lower.
