Dear Mr. Stubing: <<<<< Many shares went to Mr. Kraft. Even Mr. Kraft's wife, Lulu, was given shares for creating the SEXI promotional video. It is reported that Mr. Kraft may have netted between $6-10 million from selling SEXI. >>>>>>>>>>>> I was told by my broker that the number of shares that Kraft admits to is 100,000.. I was also told today that Kraft's customers cannot sell their shares since their shares (in the millions) were used to cover the Meyerson shorts. Their shares have been frozen. Apparently even the cash accounts were used - which I was told was illegal. I was also told there is now a lawsuit pending against Meyerson from its SEXI shareholders. If you call as a client holding SEXI shares you are referred to their Legal department. Can you verify any of this? Anthony B.
