5.75% now on the 30 year bond folks! That is the best level since December. It dropped at the open and has been trending lower all day. The market works in mysterious ways, but it has been telling us something with its run up. This interest rate drop will prove to be a base of solid support for stocks and provide more upside potential. Think I'll wait to lock in that loan rate on my refi until Monday. Rick Hydrocarbon
