Vepoc, I was just thinking today that with its unstoppable share price what the $%*# should Lucent care about pooling/schmooling of interests.

I do lament that we now sound like the thread of old when hope sprang eternal that someone would pluck poor BAY out of its misery. I think this company is a far better one than it was just a year ago, but, alas, it must come down to, as always, show me the money.
