<Why now??> The key words are "has been retained" - past tense. I think either Mr. Holstein has been consulting for awhile, or he has been brought in to "close the deal> In other words, the partners have been picked, and GF needs to finish the deal. JV announcement could come as early as Monday, or within a "few" weeks. I know - I hate that word too!! Also way long - both common & warrants now, JT
