how could you possibly get talked out of your ko shares

First I must preface this by saying I have noone but myself to blame. I am not blaming anyone else. As a Libertarian and an adult I realize I am the sole responsibiility for decisions I make.
Now what happened was, analysts on the radio and in the newspapers etc etc and so forth were all saying how overvalued ko was. I kept hearing it over and over. Then I went to an investment seminar and after the seminar the IBD person there had a discussion with whoever wanted to discuss. He talked about selling overvalued stocks and urged me to sell ko as soon as possible: "the floor is as low as 39" he insisted.
Thats how I got talked out of them.
Hopefully I am wiser now, several months and many ups and downs in the market later.
