This exact share exchange has not been altered. It is still
listed as a 4/1 ratio. I think if a better deal can be made
it will be, but we have to remember that a lot of pre-work went
into this planning and I wouldn't expect much change, if any.

Tim Brink spoke to "undisturbed" share price for Atrix as
the basis for calculations. These calculations may need to be
revisited but that is more speculation than fact. I think we
can all safely "ASSUME" that IRA is working in the shareholders
best interests. It has been the stated goal of all of his actions
and emphatically repeated by Tim Brink and IRA several times
to get the best deal possible.

Those of us who are share holders now, including those newcomers
are fortunate indeed to be able to get in on the ground floor of
this growing business during such an exciting time. The street
still needs to see the numbers and the SEC paperwork still has
to be filed and approved but I believe is just a matter of dotting
the I's and crossing the T's once the principle parties have signed
the appropriate documents. My guess is Myriad next week,
and Atrix within 45 days, with some miscellaneous announcements
of the new acquisitions sprinkled in during this time to prop up
our share price. Financial report release information is still
unknown at this time.
