All, it has broken under a dollar bid, as most of us expected.

For those who still have the stock, including some of my friends who are trying to hang in there, I wonder how the quarterly results will come out? If GVIL was hot to do this deal, or any deal, then maybe they have been letting their inventory dry up--presumably everything GVIL sold last quarter they get to keep, and everything left goes to Boca. So maybe one could figure that GVIL will have a good one-time quarter from selling off nearly all inventory while not replacing anything. Or perhaps some of the liabilities Boca is picking up would be the manufacturing costs for whatever v.90s GVIL is producing right now. But either way, if GVIL only loses a million in ops this quarter, that dents the book value, which is basically what this stock is trading for currently anyway.

I'll leave it up to a current shareholder to find out if any v.90s have actually shipped or not.

Marc
