Why doesn't Barnes and Noble advertise their web site at their bookstores? My friend shared this story with me yesterday. At work a co-worker shared how she went to Barnes and Noble to buy a book but she couldn't find it. She gave up until another friend told her of Amazon. She found the book through Amazon and ordered it. Now Barnes and Noble has a web site that lists that book. They lost a sale because of lack of advertisement of their website in their stores. Kirby
