I GOT A RESPONSE!!!!!!!!!! Here's my email and Michael Rapp's reponse to it. It was sent on 4/1 and received 4/3. Not a bad turnaround. Dear Mr. Rapp, I am e-mailing you in an attempt to receive some information on Admor Memory. I am a current shareholder and I am extremely excited about Admor's future. Unfortunately, it is very difficult to obtain information on bulletin board companies. If you could answer the following questions when you have some time I would certainly appreciate it. I have emailed Mr. Onder in the past and received a repsponse to my first email but the last two went unanswered (assuming he received them in the first place). I'm sure everyone there is extremely busy especially with the current audit that is being conducted. Thank you in advance for your time. 1. When is the estimated completion date of the audit being conducted by D&T? Is this the last hurdle in obtaining a Nasdaq listing? Will the Nasdaq listing be on the national market or small cap market? ******* The audit has been complete for a little over a month. We have an equity requirement we need to meet, that is being taken care of as we speak. A small private placement and a convertible preferred should be finished in the next 2 weeks. 2. Will we begin to see more news releases once the audit is complete? I saw today's release and think it is very positive. ***** We are going to put out more releases in the future. We should have more market support as soon as our financing is done and that should get more of a reaction from our releases. 3. How is 1998 as far as revenues are concerned. Are the high growth rates of the past expected to continue in near term? Any guesstimates on annual revenues? ****** We are very excited about our continued revenue growth, unfortunately I can not comment on future projections. 4. In my first email to Mr. Onder, I asked whether or not Admor would be presenting at the Cruttenden Roth Growth Stock Conference held in Laguna Niguel in early March. I thought that it would be great exposure for Admor. Mr. Onder responded that Admor would not be presenting but was working on some deals that would bring Admor more in the public and institutional eye. Can you share any more info on this? ********** Not at this time, but soon. Thank you again.
