Pretty good day for CECN today. 465,800 shares traded today, probably ten times the average daily volume for the past few weeks. In other words, about 10% of the available float of CECN was traded during today's session. The price jumped from $0.47 to $0.55 as buyers seemed to crush sellers by about a 3:1 margin. Buying was fairly relentless... Could it be that some institutional or big-investor money has finally found our "little jewel"?
