You will notice that they only mentioned a few of the clients - rather than the entire list. However, I am sure you are correct in your assumption that AMAT was an intentional omission. They stepped on toes in releasing the information and would not want to add any further problems in that area. Applied Materials does not allow any releases to go out unless it comes from them (and it seems they seldom release information unless it is a huge deal). It is part of their contracts with most vendors. And ITI must respect their wishes. Insofar as Seagate goes, I do not believe they have any such restrictions in their contract. However, I am sure that ITI does not want to release a formal press announcement until they get permission. Also, the release would no doubt come from ITI'sr PR firm in Florida. I would have expected the release today, but it doesn't look like it will happen. So I must assume it will come out on Monday. In any event -- this is just the tip of the iceberg since I know they are actively pursuing new leads. It is my understanding that Seagate sought out ITI, and if I am correct, that means the word is out there and the current clients are happy with the service. This can only get better!!
