Obviously my examples were hypothetical. Obviously, if one were allowed to short let's say 100,000 shares then one would have enough collatoral(sp?) in one's account either through some kind of an agreement with the broker with existing cash or securities or with the shares to be had(I don't know if that is possible). It sounds to me like you doubt there is a short so feel free to venture your guess. I am interested in any and all other opinions to explain what is CLEARLY downward pressure on the stock. I guess the only explanation I would reject outright is the old "MM holding it down or playing games".

As for Muller, I have heard that Muller himself was the only shareholder. I had forgotten that although I can't say I have verified it as fact yet. If that is the case, I agree with you 100% that he is in for the final haul and hence we don't have to worry about any future short overhang from any Muller shares.
