Hi peter, You are right, this was drawn up as an incentive for the employees at the company. The company has raised 550,000 this past week. Enough for two additional months of operations. The group consists of existing shareholders. The company has up to 45 days before it has to file. Call it what you like I'd say this is insider activity. It was my error in logic that I combined the two events. However the facts are the same. Who do you know that is going to knowingly throw away 550,000 dollars without the expectation of positive returns. BEST WISHES LONE WOLF
