A couple of comments about my previous earnings summary:
TLTK's latest press release forecast $17 million revenue for the current quarter. The same release also mentions that they have already taken in $11.7 million for the first two months of the current quarter.
That means their $17 mill estimate is conservative . . . they would need only $5.3 million in March to make that number. $5.3 million is almost 20% *less* than what they did in February.
Someone was asking about the PE numbers. I don't know what the EPS figures are for Q3 and Q4 of last year are . . . does anybody have these numbers? At any rate, they were probably either small losses or small gains which probably have a negligible effect on the yearly EPS, given that the latest quarters are increasing so quickly.
To summarize some of the calculations that Roger and others have been making (just trying to get all the information in one place here Roger, not trying to steal your thunder! :) )
$17,000,000 revenue * 11.6% profit = 1,972,000 Net Income. Subtract $575,000 for the last payment of litigation for reported net income of $1,397,000. Divide this by a rough guess of 9,000,000 shares outstanding and you get about $.15 or $.16 EPS.
Add that to the previous two quarter of .06 and .07 and you've got .29. Multiply that by a PE of, say, 30, and you've got a stock price of $8.70.
But, remember that the $17 mill estimate is probably conservative. And remember that the EPS figures for this quarter and last quarter include about .07 per share charges for litigation which will no longer have to be paid after this quarter. *AND*, remember that all the earnings I've mentioned above only come from one switch. A second switch should now be operational and bringing in new revenue.
This is why Roger and David see room for continued growth in the share price.
I had bought some shares at 4 7/8 a few weeks ago without really digging into these numbers deeply. After staying up until 3 AM last night reading all the posts in this thread and coming up with this summary, I doubled my position today.
Hope all of this is useful to some of the people who have joined late, and if you see any problems in any of the numbers I've put up here, please let us all know.
