Pugs, Did Phurity ever say how manys shares Mork shorted?? I don't think so. I think Mork has already admitted that he shorted OVIS, as to how much who knows. Why doesn't mgt come clean with all the details even if they are not audited. If they have nothing to hide they should show it to gain shareholder confidence. Them staying in the dark is not helping matters. Also, how are they paying for the attorneys fees to defend and act on the counter suits? JeffG
