It looks like the high profile Virgin Group of Britain is taking over the company.

The Virgin Group will increase its stake from approximately 18% to 70% in MCY at a cost of $1.00 per share. This of course is assuming no other shareholder will exercise there rights at $1.00 which exceeds the current market price of $0.75.

Great opportunity to buy additional shares. The stock should go up to $1.00. Immediate upside potential of 33%. After that I think we may see Virgin buying the balance of the shares at a premium over $1.00, and if not then shareholders will still benefit from the huge opportunites of the Virgin empire.
