CC, I am running into a similar problem. I was happily buying a hundred shares here, a hundred shares there, but with the rapid ascent of LOR, I was caught off gaurd. Every time I expected a settling down period, the stock would suddenly rocket higher. I am glad I got in those LEAPS when I did, however, I am not sure whether to take the gain from the time value of the LEAPS I own and sell, then buy LOR, or wait until the last possible minute to execute.

I know, I know, we've been through this before, but it is not an easy decision, and betting on where LOR will be in Jan 2000 is not so easy. I'm looking at the best way to ensure the greatest profit, and I'm not sure what the best course of action is. My heart still says exercise near the expiration date, but my gut is saying, "SELL YOU FOOL!"

For now, I will wait it out a little, who knows, the way things are going, we could hit 40 by the annual meeting, then lets take a look at the price of those LEAPS! ;)

anyway, its not an easy decision...
