Ralphy baby keeps doing a flip-flop. At least Birinyi is consistent. During end of 97 W$W show he called for the following in 1998(DOW): High 10,250 Low 7,800 Close 9,750 Curious as to Brinker's latest for hi & low. I believe his range would be much tighter for 1998.
