Yes, RealTruth is back again and is glad BCMD decided to tell everyone about the gold in the South end of the mine. I was wondering when the CEO was going to let it be known.
This is old news, but, maybe new news to some of you. BCMD gave the boot to the company geologist, Arthur Smith. Sounds like the same thing that happened to the old super. What do you think Weisman? Lazy geologist? Or do you think there was a reason why the new general manager & CEO had to get rid of the old staff? I don't know but right now BCMD is still not up to the production of the old staff, no matter what they tell you!
I do know your new general manager keeps talking about the new owners and the $1,000,000 they are going to put into the placers. Has that million showed up yet and if so why hasn't that been released to the investors?
BTW, I understand the new general mine manager, new company geologist, & the new mill superintendent, all get their rent paid by BCMD plus get stock in the company (correct me if I'm wrong). They get all this plus higher salaries than the old staff. Also understand the new mill super needed a new computer to go in his rent house, which was also supplied by BCMD. All this at the same time the new mine super gets his mine supply order cancelled. You tell me which is more important.
It seems the new mine super isn't too happy with his good friend, the general mine manager. All he can do is cuss him for not telling him the whole story about BCMD or his new job. I wonder just what he was told? Does he get his rent paid and/or stock options like the others by BCMD? Sounds like the new staff the CEO put on is a bit demanding , unlike the old staff.
What I don't understand is why or how putting on a higher paid staff, giving them stock, paying their rent, and buying a computer has done BCMD any good. While this is going on they are producing less tonnage than before, working 10 hour shifts which is against the law in California. They have also created a new position which means an additional salary. Before they had a mine super, a mill super, an engineer, and a company geologist. Now they have a mine super, a mill super, an engineer, a company geologist, and a general mine manager.
I don't see where BCMD has improved any in the last couple of months. You know it is costing them more now than before with the new staff on board with their special needs paid by BCMD.
Did you read Yahoo message 2348 from Erg, sounds like he knows a lot more than us. Also check out message 2421 sent by Copcujoe. He seems to know what he is talking about. And Roebear is still trying to keep everyone from selling.
Remember this, the gold news released isn't anything new from BCMD, it has been there. The stope was developed by Arthur Smith (the geologist hat BCMD gave the boot to) several months ago under the old super. They were sure it would hit some good gold ore and it should of been there before now. But with the current production down (regardless of what BCMD tells us) and miners leaving the company all the time, this news should of been out a month ago.
J.A.'s trip was the usual good P.R. on Pickerings's part. Net (3303): As for the 16 ounce ingot J.A. got to hold, how many milled tons did it take to produce that much? If the 4.5 ingot milled Friday was from a 40 or a 50 ton run through the mill that's pretty sorry ore. A 40 ton run would be 0.11 ozs per ton and a 50 ton run would be 0.09 ozs per ton. That is a far site from a 1.0 oz per ton grade average we keep hearing about.
Not much production the past week. If they only got 5 rounds out of the 2500, which means 10 tons per round, that's only 50 tons for 5 days. With two shifts working that is 5 tons per shift production. The general mine manager says production is up? What does he consider down? What ever happened to pillar four? Has anyone heard?
I agree with one of the comments by an investor. That is BCMD does need to hit some big high grade ore pockets to get the price of the stock up and hold it so it can stay on the NASDAQ.
J.A., the new mill site you were shown has been talked about for the past 18 months. If you go back the P.R. releases for the last two years BCMD is putting out the same progress reports.
As for 3,000 ozs per month and 100 tons per day, that's pretty good for a mine that is putting out less than 25 tons a day right now.
As for everyone getting along, the miners aren't going to say anything to lose their jobs. Work isn't that available in the Downieville area. If you want your job, you keep your mouth shut around this new management staff.
I see when the color of gold showed up, so did Lionel. Good job Lionel.
See what I can find out on my next trip. |
