>Unless you can show current and applicable Zulu-tek/ESVS SEC >filings, company documentation, incorporation papers and whatnot >with his name on 'em, you've got no case. Now drop it, will ya? It's >obvious you have no tolerance for growing pains.
there ARENT any papers, because Zulu has never filed anything!! the only thing we have to go on are historical documents and legal action filed against hayton, in which sworn testimony can be gathered.
It's obvious you have no tolerance for the truth. Try reading this article at wired.com wherein the co-founder of SIM is suing Zulu because they refused to pay him money owed. Some of the better quotes:
"this was met by a letter from Meatchem in which he agreed that Colvin was owed $200,000, but said that only Hayton had the authority to transfer the money. Meatchem contended that despite serving as the parent company's chairman and CEO, he had no signing power over Softbank Interactive's bank accounts. "
and how about:
"Hayton controls Zulu-Tek as its majority shareholder and acts as a 'de facto Chief Financial Officer, Chairman of the Board and President' of Softbank Interactive."
all from the same article.
in fact, if you wish to dig a little deeper, the head of europe's softbank division (well, that division was liquidated) was quoted as saying that "Hayton absolutely runs the show."
PartyTime, give it up. We all know Hayton is firmly in control of this penny stock scam, and it doesnt matter how many times you cover your ears and say "No! No! I'm not listening, I'm not listening!!", it doesnt change the FACT that he is still calling all the shots. |
