there ARENT any papers, because Zulu has never filed anything!! the only thing we have to go on are historical documents and legal action filed against hayton, in which sworn testimony can be gathered.

in fact, if you wish to dig a little deeper, the head of europe's softbank division (well, that division was liquidated) was quoted as saying that "Hayton absolutely runs the show."
PartyTime, give it up. We all know Hayton is firmly in control of this penny stock scam, and it doesnt matter how many times you cover your ears and say "No! No! I'm not listening, I'm not listening!!", it doesnt change the FACT that he is still calling all the shots.
