David... What is your take on todays msgs on Yahoo board.. In summary they say that M&M are now gone.. and the ECO is renewing the offer.. I wouldn't be surprised if it is true, but I am wondering if the deal would be adjusted to reflect new revelations.??? This appears to be one of those things that never ends until it is obvious and there is no other alternative.. regards pete
